June 2000 : Creation of Percall at Lyon
October 2003 : Creation of Percall Development (Morocco) and initiation of the high-tech multilingual technical support activity.
June 2005 : Creation of Percall XV at Aurillac, specialized in B2C, PME and HelpDesk support
October 2005 : IPercall’s PLM department is set up at the Percall Vichy Center
December 2008 : Creation of Percall Italia, dedicated to PLM projects
