Percall has 3 production centers, with a technical support structure accommodating 150 permanent positions, extendable to 300.

With its combined Nearshore-Onshore centers, overflow and back-up conditions are easily handled from one site to another. This innovative architecture gives our customers that precious peace of mind that comes with responsiveness, flexibility and security (Disaster Recovery Plan).
